Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical cases
- Perform sterilization and OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage patient charts and digital record systems
- Take accurate dental radiographs and intraoral images
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments
- Deliver post-op instructions and patient education
- Coordinate scheduling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or graduate from accredited program
- 2+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
