Responsibilities
- Provide personalized personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition to care team
- Assist with mobility support and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- TN State HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
