Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient acuity using established triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide clear communication to patients, families, and clinical staff
- Implement emergency response protocols for critical situations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Minimum 2 years of emergency or critical care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- BSN preferred
