Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term technology strategy, specifically targeting breakthroughs and milestones for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (GenAI, Edge Computing, Biotech integration) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to C-level executives and board members, translating future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and forward-thinking within the engineering and product teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to ensure Nexus Horizon remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or R&D management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of the technological landscape expected in 2026, including AI evolution, IoT, and sustainable tech solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
