Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for future market disruptions and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies or business models
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future strategy
- Experience leading global, cross-cultural teams in matrix organizations
