Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document client health observations accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage household tasks for clients
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean, safe home environments for client comfort
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
