Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Support nurses with patient care coordination and documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic CPR certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
