Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist residents with meals and nutritional support while promoting independence
- Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-free environment
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff on resident care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Washington State CNA certification or commitment to obtain within 90 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to complete
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
