Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids safely.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and nutritional plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing team and family members regarding patient conditions and needs.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA License required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote care team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health records systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
