Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients with daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support emotional well-being of residents
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Kentucky CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
