Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report vital signs, food intake, and behavioral changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate resident records and care documentation
- Support social engagement programs and recreational activities
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Current North CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided upon hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
