Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support meal services and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and assist with light housekeeping
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train passionate beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Arizona CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must pass pre-employment physical
