Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient conditions
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and patient education
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient emotional well-being through active listening and reassurance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
