Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patients' personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Support meal service and ensure proper nutrition intake
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate patient status changes to nursing staff
- Accurately complete electronic health records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current North CNA certification (or enrolled in certification program)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Background check and drug screen required
