Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support medication administration under supervision protocols

Qualifications
- Valid Colorado CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
