Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Take vital signs and document observations
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers
- Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor resident health status and report changes
- Maintain clean, safe living environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Illinois CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
- Valid driver's license preferred
