Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (instrument transfer, suction, and four-handed dentistry)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA protocolsTake dental impressions and process radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage patient flow and maintain accurate digital records
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
- Order inventory and manage supply chain
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, Microsoft Office)
