Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs under supervision
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and front desk operations
- Document patient information and maintain confidential records
- Provide post-op instructions and ensure patient comfort
- Assist with infection control protocols and OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
