Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient monitoring
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols for all dental equipment
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems accurately
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal workflow efficiency
- Take dental X-rays and assist in patient education
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain a welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- No prior experience required – we train the right candidates!
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
