Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument transfer and suction management
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental equipment following OSHA protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs under supervision
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Provide chairside support and patient comfort measures
- Stock inventory and order dental supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
