Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, instruments, and supplies
- Perform vital signs measurements and patient documentation
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Collect, process, and label specimens for laboratory testing
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
