Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Label, process, and transport laboratory specimens accurately
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control standards

- Document procedures in electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid NJ Phlebotomy Technician certification (will be provided)
- Basic computer literacy for EHR documentation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
