Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Participate in rapid response and emergency care protocols
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Colorado RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- ACLS/BLS certification required (or obtain within 90 days)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within 12 months
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
