Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Valid Texas RN license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital settings
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
