Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units under preceptor guidance
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active Colorado RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN examination
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
