Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions
- Adhere to infection control procedures and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Clinical rotation or externship experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
