Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in clinical condition.
- Document patient care activities, outcomes, and medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism.
