Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Uphold strict infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active New Mexico RN license or eligibility
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam results (or scheduled)
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Graduation within last 12 months or new graduates encouraged
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
