Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse medical units under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Participate in remote patient monitoring and telehealth consultations
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Complete continuing education requirements for license maintenance
Qualifications
- Active California RN license or eligible for license by start date
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within 12 months
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Pass background and drug screening
