Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control procedures
- Participate in shift handoffs and report patient status changes promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Completion of nursing clinical rotations or externship preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
