Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units (Med/Surg, ICU, ER, or Telemetry)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Ohio RN license or eligible
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 90 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotations)
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
