Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Demonstrated leadership potential during clinical rotations
