Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in 12-week residency with dedicated preceptorship
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations
- Complete continuing education modules as part of residency program
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Kentucky RN license (or eligibility)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 90 days)
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States
