Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and hospital safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active New Mexico RN license or eligibility
- Recent nursing graduates (within 12 months) encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
