Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient charts in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
