Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and patient care conferences
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active California RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- New graduates or nurses with less than 1 year of experience encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
