Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, escalating concerns immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, medications, and progress notes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and self-care management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
