Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient status promptly
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Registered Nurse license (or eligibility)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Completion of clinical rotations and nursing program within last 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Passion for patient advocacy and evidence-based practice
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
