Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care via telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards

Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam results
- Basic knowledge of telehealth technology
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
