Responsibilities
- Delve patient care under preceptor guidance in acute care settings
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices with electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Participate in 12-week residency rotations across specialties
- Attend monthly professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Colorado RN license or eligibility
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduated within 12 months or career transitioner
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
