Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe clinical environment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active North Carolina RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Recent nursing graduate within the last 12 months or new to clinical practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (will provide training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings
