Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or eligible)
- Associate/Bachelor's in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (nights/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
