Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge plans
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible for license by start date)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
- Clinical rotation experience during nursing program preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
