Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and support to patients of all ages.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Assist physicians and charge nurses with medical procedures and examinations.
- Document patient care plans, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ADN or BSN).
- CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred for specific units).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
