Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in alignment with evidence-based practices and unit-specific protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, documenting observations in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited institution
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Completion of clinical rotation in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
