Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute, ambulatory, or specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state)
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 3 months)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Basic ECG monitoring skills
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- No prior experience required (new grads welcome!)
