Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units (ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Washington RN license or eligible
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within 12 months
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
