Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient records accurately and promptly in our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis and care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate seamless patient transitions and care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate, high-quality care when necessary.
Qualifications
- Active RN License issued by the State of Colorado.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
