Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in medical/surgical units under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in 12-week residency program with clinical rotations
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA safety protocols
- Complete mandatory nursing orientation modules
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active North Carolina RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to 18-month employment post-residency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts/nights/weekends
- Background check and drug screening required
