Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions
- Participate in clinical simulations and skills workshops
- Adhere to HIPAA and JCAHO compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or ability to obtain immediately
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Pass NCLEX exam or scheduled test date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
